5. Insured and financed the same as fully site-built buildings, not at Mobile home rates

| These buildings are not an "On-Frame Modular" or "Mobile" building. They are substantially constructed in the plant and then installed on a solid concrete and masonry stem wall foundations and finished according to your preference. They do not have a steel frame undercarriage to attach wheels. Once completed they are there to stay! They can also be installed elevated on piers or pilings. |
